What's in your products — and what's not?
Every Beautifully Eden product is made with herbs, oils, and butters God placed on this earth for exactly this purpose . African Black Soap, Neem, Tea Tree, Aloe, and more, depending on the product. Just as important is what you won't find: no sulfates, no silicones, no parabens, fragrance, no mineral oil. If an ingredient doesn't serve your hair or scalp, it doesn't belong in our bottles.
Are your products safe for color-treated, relaxed, or permed hair?
Yes. Our formulas are gentle and moisture-focused, which makes them a good fit for relaxed, permed, or color-treated hair as well as natural hair. Many of our customers use the same products across multiple hair types in their household. Including their own relaxed hair and their child's natural hair.
Are your products safe for children's hair?
Yes, our formulas are gentle enough for children's hair and scalps. Many moms use Beautifully Eden on their child as part of a wash-day routine they share together. As always, if your child has a specific skin or scalp sensitivity, we recommend a small patch test first.
Why is there scripture on your product labels?
Because we believe what God provided deserves to be named. Every formula starts with plants and herbs He placed on this earth. The scripture on our labels is a small reminder of that, and a moment of peace we hope you carry into your routine, whatever your own faith journey looks like.
Who makes these products?
Beautifully Eden is founded and formulated by Lakisha. A mom who struggled with her own hair breaking despite doing everything right. Every product is made in small batches with the same care and ingredients she uses on her own family's hair.
How long until I'll see results?
Hair changes take time. Most customers notice less breakage and softer hair within the first few weeks, with real changes in length retention and overall health around 3 to 4 months of consistent use. We recommend giving your hair at least one full wash-day cycle before judging results, and a few months before expecting a true transformation.
What's the right order to use these in my wash day routine?
Start with Moisture Cleanse Shampoo to gently cleanse scalp and hair. Follow with Deep Repair Restorative Deep Conditioner, focusing on your ends. While hair is still damp, apply Hydration Boost Leave-In Moisturizer or Glory Crown Hair butter (for thicker hair), then seal with Oil of Joy Moisture Sealing Oil. Use the Hydration Detangling Moisture Mist between washes to refresh moisture and ease detangling. Use the scalp serum 3x per week on the scalp.
Will this work for my hair type?
Yes. Our formulas are built around moisture and breakage, concerns nearly every textured hair type shares, from fine and loose curls to tight coils and 4C hair. The herbs and oils we use are deeply moisturizing without being heavy, so they adapt well across textures.
What if it doesn't work for me?
We stand behind what we make. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, reach out to us and we'll work with you to make it right.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 2 to 3 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your order's journey.
Do you offer a subscription?
Not yet, but it's something we're working on. Join our email list to be the first to know when subscribe and save becomes available. For now, our bundles are the best way to stock up and save.

What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Afterpay, Klarna, Paypal, Meta Pay and GPay. If using a pre-paid gift card, please ensure there are sufficient funds before attempting to place an order. At this time, we do not accept multiple forms of payment on a single order.
