We take just as much care getting your order to you as we did making it.


PROCESSING TIME


Every Beautifully Eden order is made in small batches with care and intention. Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be processed, packaged, and prepared for shipment. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.


Orders placed on Friday after 12pm CT, Saturday, or Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Beautifully Eden is not responsible for carrier delays once your order has been shipped.


A NOTE ABOUT PHOENIX, AZ HEAT


Beautifully Eden products are handcrafted in Phoenix, Arizona, and some formulas — particularly our butters and oil blends — can soften or temporarily change texture in high heat during transit. This does not affect the quality or effectiveness of your product. Simply allow it to cool and solidify at room temperature or place it briefly in the refrigerator to restore its consistency.


If you are concerned about summer heat in your area, we recommend choosing Priority shipping to minimize time in transit.


ORDER TRACKING


Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.


If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first, then reach out to us at [your email address].


INCORRECT ADDRESS


Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Beautifully Eden is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you realize you have entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at [your email address] — we will do our best to correct it before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES


Beautifully Eden is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as delivered. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, we recommend checking with neighbors, your building office, or any safe drop locations near your door first. Then contact your local post office with your tracking number to file a missing mail report.


If your issue is not resolved, reach out to us and we will do our best to help you find a solution. We deeply value every member of this community and want your experience to reflect that.


DAMAGED ITEMS


If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damaged item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery and email us at [your email address] with your order number and photos. We will work with you to make it right.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING


At this time, Beautifully Eden ships within the United States only. We hope to expand internationally in the future — join our email list to be the first to know when that changes.
